Default Download Overview window won't resize vertically

I want to make this window a little taller vertically so it won't need a scrollbar. But no grabhandle will appear on the upper frame. See the attached picture.

This is with Windows 10 on a 2560x1440 monitor, NVidia graphics board.

Thanks!

Edit: This issue probably appeared at least 10 months ago but is so insignificant that I let it slide, thinking it might be fixed incidentally in some update.

OT: I can't view the attached thumbnail in my own message... I get an "insufficient privileges" message. Is that normal now?

Only support staff can see links/attachements. There is no grabhandle support within JDownloader to manually adjust sizes.
I wonder how you managed to resize the window that the overview panel becomes smaller in size? I tried and tried and could not make it show any scrollbar at all.

My ability to screw things up exceeds that of any developer. It's a god-given talent.
