Can't add real-debrid account, keeps asking for captcha
I have headless jdownloader installed in a Synology NAS. I can't add a real-debrid account to myjdownloader. Happens on web or the android app. On web, when I add the account, I get a notification for a CAPTCHA. When I click on it, nothing happens. Same thing if I click the CAPTCHA button on the bottom.
On Android, I get the notification as well. When I click on it, it's just stuck on Loading captcha data. Clicking RETRY does nothing. This was working up until a couple of days ago. I noticed my downloads where not downloading, it kept saying account is missing. I tried to remove and re-add the account, then this happened. This is my log id: jdlog://8511035302851 Also, I have JDownloader2 installed on a Windows machine. I can add my real-debrid account there and everything works. No CAPTCHA needed. |

@mariogarza87: how exactly do you add the link? do you enter username/password?
is your JDownloader running headless (no GUI) or in docker container with GUI?

Sorry, just saw this. This is JDownloader running headless.
Thanks! I also reached out to real-debrid support, they said two factor auth is enabled and I needed to login to their website from a browser with the same IP address as my NAS. I did that. Not sure if it was that or the update but it's working now! Thanks again! |

@fallenuser: There has been no update since 9th of september. How do you add your account? Can you please provide a debug log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs.
Enable debug mode. Restart JDownloader and try to add the account and then create log and post logID here. With correct username/password, it should work out of the box. In case you have setup 2fa, JDownloader will ask you to enter the code

Sorry for this necroposting but I have the same issue here. Headless JD, updated to the latest Rev: #48254 after a long time and I can't login anymore, It keeps asking for the captcha in the lower part of the WebUI but nothing appears.

@AtomicTurnip: Have you tried to remove/add the account again? For Captchas you have to install/login at the MyJDownloader Browser extension. Is JD on your local computer or on server? I'm asking because real-debrid might have blocked IP due to VPS/VPN.

2. I have the extension but I can't see the pending captcha with it (tried with multiple browsers as well) 3. JD is on a server but I don't think it's related to the VPS ban because when I linked my account months ago I managed to see the popup asking for the OTP code, but not anymore. It might broke after some updates, I don't really know |

Please post a debug-log.
Please post your log-ID here If your report is about a specific website which JD supports via plugin, please also provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce the issue you are having. If your report is related to a login specific problem with a plugin supported website, enable debug mode before creating logs, see previously linked instructions. Bitte poste deine Log-ID hier. -psp-

@AtomicTurnip: Thanks!
Issue was caused by 2 things 1.) unsupported 2fa via app code, only email was supported 2.) you are using docker image with GUI but no working browser environment and thus JDownloader cannot open the oauth link from real-debrid. Please check again with next plugin update
