-in settings/host-premium menu, account always deactivating itself, removing its tick, how can this happen and how can i fix it to be enable?

-some of the uploading.com and hotfile.com files seen like, file not found but when i check it with browser i see that files are intact, what can i do to fix this?

-I installed a new version and updated again but especially with uploading.com files i see plug in error(out of date) error in status tab.

-the hotfile.com files that i download around 700-800k with internet download manager, in jdownloader max rate is around 10-150k, in spite of i have premium. why is that?

Speed in jD can be affected by a wrong configuration of your firewall and virus scanner. Most firewalls cause problems handling java programs, because some java tools are using the same exe and there is no way for the firewall to tell the difference between jD and some other java tools. Did you allow java.exe, javaw.exe and JDownloader.exe in your firewall? Disable http/web scanning in your anit-virus software. Known softwares that cause such problems are Nod32, Kaspersky, Eset, Avast, and Zonealarm among others.

Depositfiles links often show a status of "Download failed" after a reconnect (that is, they don't resume properly after an automatic reconnect). Right-clicking on the links and choosing "Resume" places them back in the queue and then they download properly.

I'll try to come up with one in the next day or so. The problem doesn't happen every time an automatic reconnect interrupts a Depositfiles download.

I try everything to solve slow speed problem including formatting hdd, shut off all firewalls and virus scanners (windows,modem's firewall, eset)

I try especially hotfile.com cause have got a premium. But 2 to 6 download at same time i never see above 250-300k. Sometimes 20k per file. by the way max. con. limit is always 2.

netload is always 20-30k.

my connection is ok, I check it several times from different speedmeter sites and see 7-8 mb.

and addition to that, today i noticed that, when i stop any file from a host (Megaupload) and then after resume, it gives (file not found) error and again file is intact. when i try the copy url of this file, copy url option is all grey. and then when i double click to file i see this (**************) in properties section.

premium deactivating problem seems normal and i dont know how..

-I tested ubuntu.iso with my browser, (Mozilla) downloading at 50-100k but I think its normal cause idm downloads between 800-850k.

-I couldnt install teamviewer so far cause cant connect everytime but thanks so much for your interest.

-Now I can download at max. speed if i download 6 or more files at same time and if i change to max. con. to 5 at least. But 1 or 2 files from premium its still slow speed like 100-200k with premium account.
free netload and others creeping around 50-100k.

-and spontaneously deactivating premium option still goes on.. Heres the log file..
