@knewace: can you please provide a screenshot of the about dialog of JDownloader?
https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...tion-directory Also please check your system for these applications, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...lation-process What OS is this? The error means that your OS does not provide support to bind TCP socket, which is sign for driver/configuration issue or some software /eg vpn/scanner/bad tools are messing with the network stack. |

i only use JDownloader on my old system running windows 7 64bit for various reasons.
I do not use it and have not even installed it on my gaming pc running windows 10. Don't want anything running that will ruin my gaming performance. Could windows 7 be the problem. It was running fine just sometime ago. I don't have any problem even now when i am downloading stuff. It was working fine sometime ago. **External links are only visible to Support Staff** |

@knewace: if you want we can take a look at this together? contact us via support@jdownloader.org
Have you checked those applications that are known to cause those issues? any firewall/vpn on system? There are no known issues with windows 7 or any other windows version. |

@knewace: thanks for the feedback. it's very strange that it works with explicit enable ipv6 dual stack.
