About 3 or 4 weeks ago, when I copy a Rapidgator link, linkgrabber will capture the link but display not a rar file but a file without a "tail" and no size info nor whether it is on line info, sometimes when I click "check on line status" it will change back to normal, sometimes nothing happens. Having said that, when I click download, it will download as normal and the file will display the normal info. After the download, further copying of links seem to work OK.

I have tried other hosters seem not to have this problem. I have recorded a log file and here is the link: 12.02.24 18.21.23 <--> 12.02.24 18.25.06 jdlog://0680411370661/

I have also done a screen shot and send as an attachment.
I live in UK and I use Virgin Media for internet.

Hi,
according to your logs your rapidgator.net API session has expired.
Refresh your RG account in JD to refresh it.
If that doesn't work, remove your RG account and re-add it.

I will look what I can do to prevent an invalid session from making available-check fail globally.

Done it, removed and added repidgator account and a new log as follows:

13.02.24 13.08.42 <--> 13.02.24 13.11.12 jdlog://1980411370661/

Okay this is really strange!
According to your new log, your new sessionID is also invalid.
Apart from this, can you use your RG account normally in JD?
What does the account manager show in the "status" column of that account?

I've added a fallback to website if the linkcheck via API fails though I wasn't able to find out why your session went invalid so quickly.

If your API session is still invalid for whichever reason you might still run into problems when trying to download.
The mentioned update has just been released.

I have been using Rapidgator with no problems.

Accounts manager for RG the status is "account is ok:premium account"
