Default Cosmobox does not start downloads automatically when GB is recharged

Hi, I have 2 accounts/subscriptions with cosmobox.

While the subscription active, I have the computer on and the download activated in JD, but I encounter the following problem.

Above all, in the second account, when I have GB because it is recharged every 3 days, the downloads do not start immediately, I have to press stop and start downloads again.

Attached logs:

14.02.24 17.34.47 <--> 15.02.24 22.14.40 jdlog://2790411370661/

15.02.24 22.14.42 <--> 17.02.24 09.14.35 jdlog://1790411370661/

Thank you

Hi,
according to your logs, cosmobox.org downloads keep failing because instead of a file, the website is delivering the following error/html:
Code:
<html>
<head><title>400 Bad Request</title></head>
<body>
<center><h1>400 Bad Request</h1></center>
<hr><center>nginx</center>
</body>
</html>
Please contact the cosmobox.org support and ask them to fix this.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. But, cosmobox support does not answer, i can say that it does not exist.

In any case, I would like to ask if it would not be possible, at least for the Cosmobox hosting, that, when it detects that there is "remaining download traffic" and no download has been started, that JD would stop and start the downloads again (this is what I do manually so that it continues).

Regards.

Simply setup an account usage rule to prevent JD from downloading without account, this should do the trick.

Sorry, but after do the trick, JD says cosmobox accounts as free, and both of them are premium:
26.02.24 19.19.06 <--> 26.02.24 19.39.49 jdlog://7711411370661/

Please send me your cosmobox.org login credentials via PN so I can work on this.

Thanks for providing your login credentials.

So the problem is that I'm unable to find any indicator on ther website that your account is a premium account.
I can see it when I'm trying to download but apart from that there isn't any indicator such as an expire-date or a text indicating that your account is a premium account.
Comparing the "/account/" page of a free-account I own and your premium account shows zero differences:

Please let me know which sub-page contains the required information.
