Hi, most videos from xvideos.com are stuck at "Starting" and "Host offline?"

Maybe you have to change the filename in jdownloader. Try changing it to a short name and let me know, maybe that is the problem

It's not working with a short filename either.

It's also not working for most videos that have short titles.

Videos work in the browser, but most of them get stuck in JDownloader.

Downloads from other hosts work in JDownloader.

For some reason the HLS download of that video fails for you (runs into timeout) while it is working here.
You can try the following workaround:
1. Settings -> Plugins -> xvideos.com -> Prefer HLS download -> Disable this
2. Try again.

If you want to find the underlying problem:
Maybe something is blocking those other URLs on your side?
I'am very sure that you will be able to download those HLS streams from another device and/or network connection as they're working fine here.
