i am getting the error mentioned above while trying to download a mega url since the past few days. Firstly, i have a mega business account which i have already logged into the my.jdownloader.org -> Settings -> Account Manager and it displays the traffic left as unlimited.
Moreover, i can very well download the very same url using browser perfectly fine so i am 100% sure this is a jdownloader issue

@xd003: What account status is shown? most likely it's not recognized as premium? has it a correct/not expired expire date?

For some weird reason, the expire date row doesn't contain any info

Enable Debug Mode and restart JDownloader and then remove/add the account again and then create log and post logID here.

I can't see expiry date mentioned anywhere after logging in browser. I just see business written beside my account below which the storage used in my account (2.85 TB) is mentioned. If you need me to check anywhere specifically, do let me know.

I wonder if the mega host plugin was updated within the last week since i never faced this issue before this time frame

Thanks for the quick update, can confirm that it's working now. Although i noticed something unusual, earlier "Traffic left" used to display Unlimited, now it says 3.99 TB. Is this normal ?

@xd003: Thanks for the feedback. Before your account was recognized as free due to wrong account handling and because of this, no traffic stats were processed/shown. due to a recent change to avoid larger files with free account as they are not possible (this caused your reported issue) you no longer could download files that were fine before. now I fixed correct recognition of account type and traffic stats and thus you now see the traffic stats
