Sorry, I mis-read your first log.

The linkcheck failed due to Cloudflare. Once you attempt to download that item, you will be presented with a more accurate error message.
Here is one thing you can try:
1. Create a free send.cm account.
2. Navigate to send.cm/?op=my_account , generate a new API key and copy it.
3. In JD go to Settings -> Plugins -> send.cm -> Enter your API key here.
With a little bit of luck, this will fix the linkcheck for you although downloads may still fail.

I never told you to add an account to JDownloader.
Create the account and add the API key to the send.cm plugin settings (not Account Manager!).

Keep in mind (as described in my first reply) that downloading may still not work due to Cloudflare(!)

got it, I only need the linkchecker to check and manage my links that all
