Default 1fichier Server Error 404

Hi,

I bought a Premium Accoung from 1fichier yesterday and tried to download. Instead of starting the downloads I first got the message "server error 404" and a 30min countdown. After some time it started to load but only at the usual non-premium speed of ~3mb/s and only one at a time with large waiting periods (after one night of downloads it only compleded 6/44) When i'm trying to load via browser and 1fichier.com I get the max speed and it works fine.

Is this a problem from your side?

I have fixed the issue, update will be released shortly in accordance with 'plugin update', more information on this please read [FAQ] Updates..

PS. was caused by old link type, they used to still accept it for premium modes but not free. we had work arounds for free hence why free worked and premium didn't.

I've now changed all old to new in the format that failed (from the log).

The issue seems to be still unfixed:

11.06.17 17.24.43 <--> 11.06.17 17.25.21 jdlog://3645804015941/

I had received the plugin update a few minutes after your post (10:28 GMT) but problem still persists at 15:29 GMT (checked several times since this morning).

same problem here in Spain
with premium account doesn´t work 1fichier
it only downloads "normally". one archive, wait half and and hour, and another archive
That is, as if you didn´t have a premium account

Same problem my side and habitually all work good.
I have 1fichier premium account and now all time
Server error 404 (1fichier.com)
Hope you will repair this bug soon.

log only showed you had issue prior to the fix. Once fix was applied via plugin update you no longer had 404 issue, but you still using free mode.

best bet is to either disable free mode in account usage rules if you don't want that mode to be used.

or

restart JDownloader client as the history of failed events will be cleared (held in memory).

@everyone else
since no logs were provided, I can only assume you're suffering the same fate. Issue should be resolved.

please provide logs if you still have issues

I removed series of old code, and only had time to test a single link.

if anyone can provide password protected url it would be wonderful.

invalid password (in jd and browser)
the code for pass handling think will work still.

you should have revision 37019 now. always use log upload feature, via jd gui or webui. attaching to forums or public spaces is not safe.

second password worked. Code did work, but I rewrote it as logic was incorrect.

I read something on their site about old links (pre-June 1st) not working with an "upgrade," if so sounds like it might be related.

Majority of the premium plugin code worked off there old site. Petty they didn't communicate with us prior to change. Though maybe they did, psp usually is the one in contact with them.

this is not a proper bug reprot... if you have an issue post logs, and example links.

our stats backend shows every thing working within normal ranges.
