Default IP Address Change Question

I often do IP address change , by reconnecting my router , and not using the IP Change button within JDownloader . With certain sites this is not helping me , and it appears that the site is still identifying me . I've tried a few things , without success . Is JDownloader providing a remote site identification of sorts ( me ) , to the downloading site ?
Thanks .

Generally we do not, but JD detected easily enough. Reconnecting should allow you to bypass post download wait times and download session limits. Though this does not circumvent hoster having limited free slots.

Thanks raztoki - that's good to know that JD is not specifically ID'ing remote downloaders .
However , I strongly suspect , that this site ( one of the top sites today ) , has somehow found a clever way to do it . I say this , because , I appear to be stuck on a very low download speed , and hours of day , which I have experience with , have no influence whatsoever on this.
1. Initially , just changing IP address was sufficient .
2. I then , did router restart and connect - this worked a while , and now doesn't help .
3. I then did 2 and a rename of my PC in Windows Control panel - same story .
4. I would do 2 and 3 and reset current connection in the download package - ditto .
5. I would do 2 and 3 and choose a different link ( not sequential ) from the download package - ditto .
6. I would do 2 and 3 and choose a link from a different download package - ditto .
I also tried to download with regular Google instead of JD , and still a similar story .
So , my only explanation for all this , is , that this site is somehow ID'ing me .
Might this be something new ?
