Implemented premium support. This website works very similar to already supported website "xunniuyun.com" (plugin "XunniupanCom").

it seems like the plugin is not download using the premium link but downloaded using the link for free users, so the download speed is very slow

116pan.com still working and a complete different site than 116pan.xyz
It belongs to same owner but different sites as the Layout/Files are different

Added plugin for 116pan.xyz.

Linkcheck: Working fine
Account support: Not yet implemented
Free download: Looks to be broken server side, fails with error "Unauthenticated." after captcha -> Implemented it in a way to display error "Premium account required" on free download attempt.
Let me know once free downloads are working and I'll add support for them.

The plugin has just been released.

Implemented account support and download for 116pan.xyz.

About the download:
Looks like "vip" users can only download 100 files per day(?)
It looks like premium users cannot resume interrupted downloads.

Addendum:
I noticed that even in browser I'm logged out quite frequently and a captcha is required for each login.
This can cause troubles when downloading via JDownloader so please keep and eye on it.

I'm done with my tests for now but it would be good to have 20+ more example URLs.
