Unhappy Truoble adding google.com account

There is something wrong with the docs.google.com plugin. I thought it was me at first, but I have JD2 installed on 2 of my computers and same settings. After having trouble 1, I went to the other were I know I haven't changed any setting and got the same error messege after which I to my gmail/google and changed my password then tried again and it still will not lock in, popup says: (JDownloader Checks if logins are correct & Aproblem occured during the signup process your password was changed x # of hours ago).

I do have a youtube premium account as well

I'm stuck.

FYI: What I was trying to do was and 2 free google accounts with the youtube premium account on 1 installation of JD2

Question Can't add docs.google.com account

Everytime I try to open my google account it says "Cannot add Account because Login Failed"
Java version: 8 update 192
Don't know how to check the jd2 version, but today it installed an update

The log report is
12.04.19 16.27.40 <--> 12.04.19 16.26.27 jdlog://8120876935451/

I can open that account in any browser.

Thank you for your help!

If the problem is 2-FA, why not implement app passwords as a workaround?

2FA is not the only issue here.
Google could easily ban us for doing stuff against their TOS.

We might try to simply use the cookies in the future.

I've just recently added an experimental workaround to the source code but deactivated it for the public version.

Default Google Drive account

Hi guys, this problem is driving me crazy.

I'm just trying to add my Google Drive account in order to DL from GD.
So I go to: Settings > Account Manager > Add > docs.google.com
Then no matter what I enter, I get a "login failed".

I have tried:
removed

These things I enter definitely should work: I have used them to login into GD using my browser right now. Easy.

This is not my first issue with JDownloader's account manager. Why is it so difficult to enter a new account???

Thanks.

EDIT - I have found this thread. So there is no solution yet? Really ?? https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=79897
I mean, worst case scenario, maybe you could ask users to manually enter their login info via the browser, or a pop-up, or whatever. But how is it possible that I'm logged to GD on my browser, and that at the same time JDownloader is unable to download?

Because JDownloader is not logged in - it is as simple as that.

As explained multiple times you can easily verify this by opening your GDrive download-URL in a private/incognito tab where you are not logged-in Google --> You will not be able to download and instead you will see an errormessage!

We are working on it but there is not ETA!

Default Can't add Youtube account

I had an old login data in my account settings, was marked red but I could download Youtube stuff as usual.

Now I decided to fix the login but it didnt work.

Sometimes it turns yellow counting down for an hour, no idea what it tries to do.

Sometimes I get the message "Ergebnis der Accountüberprüfung(german): Premium Account" but it isn't a premium Youtube account and it adds again the "partly deactivated" yellow entry and counts down from an hour again.

And now I can't add and download Youtube links anymore.
The error is something with YoutubeHelper java 1430 and YoutubeHelper java 1415.

Merged Google Login related threads.

Please read my previous posts!

You can still download YT videos but none for which a login is required at this moment e.g.: Age protected or only available for you or private content.

Thanks for your help. I understand this is not an easy issue.
Can we at least expect an update on this topic when a workaround is available?

So an account is needed even for those files that don't require one? AKA tring to download anything from here

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

and they all say skipped account missing even tho no account is required to download any of the files.

For re captcha google it says "Cannot login because premium account"
For docs google it says "Login Failed"

Each address begins with docs.google

Hope you can find some way to download from Google. Thanks.

another solution would be adding the links to jdownloader, using a portable version of Firefox 56.0.2+flashgot (the last compatible with flashgot).

Just log in your google account in that browser and start the download of the files you need. They will be added to Jdownloader.

The only limits of this system are that JD cannot show the original size of the files, neither resume the downloads nor use more than 1 chunck. However, you can download at great speeds, with 3-4 files downloading at the same time.
