Default I cant Login Premium Account Depfile.com (intermittent recognition)

Since yesterday Jdownloader dont let me log in depfile.com (premium account). Along the day sometimes jodownloader recognize the credentials and another moments not.

After several fail attemps I deleted my username and password and after that i tried to register again my premium credentials.

I get the same message:

Invalid username/password

Via web i can login with my user and pass

I think the depfile plugin have a problem in this moment

Let you here my log

13.09.17 15.58.11 <--> 13.09.17 16.04.11 jdlog://0125514015941/

very welcome the help and support

Ixtis

Without debug mode enabled in advanced settings, we don't get request / response.

can you enable debug mode in advance settings
restart client
add account
on error upload the latest session

Go to Settings-Advanced Settings, search for debug and enable log debug.
Then restart JDownloader. Remove/add account again and wait for error, create new log

14.09.17 07.33.09 <--> 14.09.17 12.27.05 jdlog://6175514015941/

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

then i have to refresh the login count and jdownloader again recognize my user pass

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

this can happen several times in a same session

ur comments and guide are very welcome

Yes I just noticed that the download list is going normal until they ask you for a captcha, then you see that your premium account is not longer recognized...

Then, If you deactivate and activate the login, again is accepted.

@RedViper
latest log has no reference to datafile

@ixtis2001
shows offline for api linkchecking
jiaz changed the plugin to disable api checking in the mean time

@everyone
in respects to login issues you will need to enable debug mode follow directions here.

@raztoki
This is depfile thread, not datafile.

@RedViper
The log shows that login were successful.

@ixtis2001
The log shows that sometimes login were successful, sometimes you got 403 Forbidden for the same request.

@tony2long: maybe treat 403 forbidden with temp timeout instead of account invalid
there should be an error response when using invalid logins?

Usually plugin only check login cookies, nothing more.

It's intermittent, one that failed:

Update:

The problem is still here after the new core update

18.09.17 17.45.07 <--> 19.09.17 11.08.01 jdlog://6229514015941/

The better way to work with jdownloader in this moments for premium accounts is using premium links (it doesnt matter if jdownloader show us 403 response in the credentials login - see the next image).

**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

So this is an issue you still need to solve if its possible

my best regards

@ton2long
they have many ips to domain record
ips returned seem to be geo-region specific, at least in the tests I did the other day.
there new system of load balancing/cdn seems to fail at times.
I believe this is the main reason for the 403 and 404 more so than anything. Lack of testing before deployment.

Default Depfile Premium Account "Cannot Check Account"

Hello,

I have a depfile premium account and I have been using it for a few months and everything was fine. Unfortunately, for the past five days I keep getting the "Cannot Check Account" message. After a few hours the plugin works fine and downloading starts. However, the "Cannot Check Account" message shows up again after a couple of hours. I have been stuck in that cycle for a few days now.

Any idea what might be wrong?

Cheers,

Please provide a debug log. Go to Settings-Advanced Settings- search for debug and enable log debug. Then restart JDownloader.
When it happens again, create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs
and post shown logID here
