Various files?
So, every time I paste a mega link containing a movie, it gets put into a folder on JDownloader called "Various Files". A few months ago, however, it would create a folder based on that movie's name and put the movie within that folder. I tried grabbing another mega link with a different movie but the same thing happens.
This is what I expect: 1. Copy mega link 2. Let's say the movies name is "JDownloader the movie" 3. JDownloader creates a folder with that movie's name in the directory I have it aimed at and puts the files that the link contains in it. Now, I'm sure this is the intended behavior of JDownloader, but if anyone knows how to change it to way I expect it to be, it would be much appreciated! Last edited by Jiaz; 30.09.2021 at 18:53. |

Update: Well, I seemed to have fixed it by doing a simple internet search and finding out that someone had the exact same issue in 2016. I should have searched first, apologies for this duplicated thread
If anyone comes across this issue, check this post for the solution: https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=68535 Bottom line, uncheck the box for "various files" in advanced settings |
