It probably depends on language selected for JD2 and OS settings. Mine is Polish and I've got HH (24 hours ) format for time. |

but it is possible 24h format without changing the language to Polish? |

it seems to use system date time formatting 'time(long) date(short)' at least that my logs match/comply with OS 'customise format' in the 'date and time' tabs

what's your point exactly dj ? that's a response header sent by the hoster, it has nothing todo with your system settings.
only the --ID line info is set by JDownloader, and like I said above it uses system settings via os (window) > java date/time api

We can only change the time formatter from --ID:106TS:1430659183328-5/3/15 3:19:43 PM
but NOT from Date: Sun, 03 May 2015 13:19:44 GMT as it is the original response from server(text)
