This is nothing to worry about.

If JD shows that the account is valid, but ends in 2061, this is a problem with the date and time representation and JD will show later dates in the future.

It is most likely caused by the way that the Filesonic API represents the remaining time, so it is nothing that JD can fix consistently for all hosts.

I would start worrying about that in 50 years. Maybe, man have disappeared from the planet by then. I would worry more about buying a Geiger-Müller counter and finding a place to hide for the radiation.

First test your account in your browser.

Did you Enable Premium globally?

Are you sure your account is properly configured in jD? To be sure, just remove it, restart jD and enter it again.

If your password contains special characters, please change it.

This isn't a jD problem but a FSc problem.

I have the same problem today, the account not being recognised as Premium from a browser.

So JD is reporting accurately that the logon is invalid.
It is a Filesonic problem ... or dodgy account sellers?
I'm waiting for a response from Filesonic's helpdesk.

If it also fails in the browser it's no JD bug!

For some reason, I cannot download ANYTHING from FileSonic as a free user.
No matter what FileSonic link I add, it immediately stops, the message is:
  • Server error Wait *** (*** = always 20 mins)
and there it stays, looping in a 20 minute cycle,
checks > server error > 20 minute wait > checks > server error > 20 minute wait.

Yet when I take whatever the link may be, and enter it into my Browser,
the download is ready to go after 30 seconds, and completes sucessfully.
Here's the last link I tried, kinda pointless posting it, since it happens with EVERY FileSonic link I try,
but I might as well be thorough:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Am I missing some setting? Is it a FileServe.com problem? Or is it just my Sony Craptop?

[SIDENOTE]
I was given a Belkin N Wireless Modem Router F5D8633-4 version 1000 uk
(according to the sticker on the back), as a present.
I could not find a Reconnect Script here for it, so I recorded a Reconnect Script myself.
How can I get this to the JDownloader Team in case there are others that need the Reconnect for this Modem/Router?

[EDIT]
A Screenshot of the FileServe.com issue:

In the last few hours jdownloader will not recognise my filesonic premium account.

Status is reporting 'ServerError, will retry later'

I have tried deleting and re-entering account details, refreshing account and restarting jdownloader.

I can download links in browser, and log into my premium account on filesonic through browser.

@Interceptor One

Filesonic is working fine here.

Note that you're in a filesonic thread, writing about fileserve and giving a filestube example link. I recommend taking some rest.

There is a Reconnect forum. In one of the sticky threads of that forum you can add your script.

@Sgt. Pepper

Please, send your account details to support@jdownloader.org

@Interceptor One & Sgt. Pepper

What about a complete and detailed log?

Exactly so, that is what I said.
I was confirming to forum readers that this problem is with Filesonic.

Their helpdesk say the account has been refunded.
It has not, so I'm waiting for a new reply from them.

Exclamation JDownloader is not the Problem - Filesonic is the Root of Evil

Hi there, kewl people in this great Community!

I just found this thread thru Google while searching the Web.
So I want to contribute something to the current situation and what's going on at Filesonic.com :

The Problem is a "home-made" one by Filesonic - this has got nothing to do with JDownloader or any other DL-Client.
I can tell You this from my own perspective: I am using the custom MyDownloader.net - Tool (which I can really only recommend) and JDownloader. In the MyDownloader built-in Download-Area, where I do place the Filesonic-Downloads, this message appears since yesterday:
"Wrong link. Start downloading file again."

But the mysterious thing is: In MyDownloader The Upload has already finished (MyDownloader is at first "downloading" the files to their own Servers as they have bought many bulk accounts and therefore You can use nearly every bigger Filehost on it) - after this has been all 100% completed, the Downloads do not work and the message (as displayed above) appears.

So I was talking to someone at MYDOWNLOADER.NET, who I know personally:

They told me that the problem is with Filesonic. So the same appears to JDownloader - it is not a problem of the Downloader, but of the f** Filesonic Hosting Service.

Here is a conversation from another Board regarding the FSonic Topic:
radiodus

I have same problem with Grogilou

Filesonic automatically change URL from ".com" to ".kr" (I am located in korea)
ex : **External links are only visible to Support Staff**www.filesonic.com/file/abcdef -> **External links are only visible to Support Staff**www.filesonic.kr/file/abcdef
only change ".com" to ".kr" filenumber doesn't change.

so new plugin is not working for our country.
I think another country user has same problem with me.

ex : user from france - filesonic.com -> filesonic.fr
user from india - filesonic.com -> filesonic.in

I am using FRD 0.85u1 and Filesonic plugin 1.0.12.

You can read more details here in this thread:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

- I hope there will be a fast fix at Filesonic soon - I have already sent Mails to their support Team.

SOOO....... :

If You are also f**ed up, please do the same and do not nerve the cool guys here at JDownloader - they have nothing to do with this problem.

Best Regards to all here!

...

@Interceptor One & Sgt. Pepper

What about a complete and detailed log?
I copied the file link from JDownloader, who got the link from FileStube,
vielleicht liegt es daran das es ein FileStube link ist, aber das datei wird von FileSonic geholt.

Anyway, I did the whole thing again, this time, I used a direct FileSonic link, from the FileSonic page,
I also made a ScreenCapture video if everything I did, and uploaded the log, (links at the bottom of this post).

Still it did not download, but when I put the SAME link into a browser,
I can immediately download the file after the 30 second wait.
So again, any idea what's going wrong?

ScreenCapture Video:
  • **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

JDownloader Paste Bin Link:

Concerning the Reconnect Script, I realise there's a seperate Section for that.
My question is, how do I actually post the Script, is there a save file button somewhere, or is it simply "cut 'n' paste"?

Default solution for offline filesonic in linkgrab

First of all, thank you for developer who create Jdownloader I do like it.

For you guys who looking for solution, thank god I have found the answer this is my solution.

1.you must have firefox(ff)
2.please install flashgot plugin
3.once you are in ff interface click tools->flashgot->more options
In general tab please select Jdownload in download manager box
!!please untick autostart download!!
In flashgot media tab also select Jdownload

Done with Setting!

Implication now
when your link shows as offline in JD
try to browse those links by firefox and select all the links you desire then right click select either flashgot link or falshgot selection these should send all links directly to JD grab with online status.

It's currently work for me, and hope it will work for you as well

finally, hope for the best and looking forward for developer to solve this issue by JD itself

with regards,

Womp:)

@Interceptor One

Please, wait for an official developer to analyse your log.

Concerning your script; you can do like the other posters in that thread. Copy & paste using the Spoiler tags probably is the most elegant way.

Fair enough, I'll be waiting.
Doing FIleSonic links with a browser is getting rather annoying.

I'll head over to the Reconnect Section right now and post the script.

This has been the problem I've been having since I posted here. Despite the new updates, I cannot download from filesonic if I tick the autostart download option in the first tab of Flashgot. I have to always Flashgot link and initiate from the Linkgrabber. I've already sent in my log and my example file but no one seems to have resolved this.

I recommend to :-

1) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the html/web download scanner in your virus software.

2) Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected links.
