Default No AppData\Local directory?

I recently installed JD2 on a new system. Since having done this, JD2 hasn't created an AppData\Local directory. All data that used to be created and saved in that location is now instead being created/saved in C:\Program Files. Please guide me in how to correct this.

Thanks, as always.
