Exclamation Exclamation in speed column?

1) What does an exclamation within a red triangle mean in the speed column?

2) It would be nice if JD2 showed a tooltip for each icon clearly explaining what it represents.

3) Speaking of tooltips, why is it that when I hover over a column sometimes a tooltip is displayed and other times it isn't? In fact the tooltips are very hit and miss instead of being displayed every single time.

Hi,

1. The icon is an speed alert (see the advanced setting: GraphicalUserInterfaceSettings: Premium Alert Speed Column)

2, 3. I think will be improved when the final version comes.

tooltips/account overviews depends on many factors, they usually only display when your not moving (you can all it hovering (but still means minimal movement)). There is a delay (you can adjust in advanced). Not all objects have tooltips, for example object in downloadlink might but the same object in package selection might not.

When I stop touching my mouse or trackpad the cursor is not moving, even minimally, but still tooltips that I do know to exist quite often are never displayed. Especially happens with items in the download list when the columns are not wide enough to display the strings completely, but no matter how long I hover (even with the delay decreased) the tooltips never show up for some reason. Don't know why the behavior is not consistent. Am I the only one experiencing this?

@netgearjd
re: Am I the only one experiencing this?

at this stage yes? it could be due to your system setup eg. hardware/software. some mouse overs functions can be invoked by double click, for instance connection column and progress column, and hoster column for downloadlinks (will show accounts that have access to downloadlink.). You can adjust the time as stated earlier, reduce it and see if it helps. GraphicalUserInterfaceSettings: Tooltip Delay

keep in mind tooltips don't show help of a single icon, it bring up the column bubble notify which may or may not have information about objects within.
