Default File Factory via Debrid Italia fails

I just got a Debrid Italia account and it works with most hosters in jd2. Unfortunately File Factory fails in jd2. It does work when using the website. I have the same problem on my local jd2 on windows 10 and on my headless jd2 on my nas.

31.10.19 16.40.43 <--> 31.10.19 17.57.56 jdlog://1867130900751/

I appreciate any hints, thank you!

Server responds with
ERROR: not_available
API error on their site. Contact their support so they can fix it

Thanks for this lightning fast feedback.

So the best way to address this would be to tell the Debrid Italia support, that they need to fix their API, as it returns "ERROR: not_available" for File Factory requests?

@leech1: See post 6 for the api command JDownloader is using.
You can test by yourself and replace USER/PASSWORD and LINK and check if it works. If not, then debriditalia has to fix it

Make sure not to include http :// in the link. Might be obvious to some people. I tried it with a rapidgator link to make sure the api call does generally work and found out I had to get rid of the http ://

EDIT: Had to put a space in there in order not to have it deleted as an "external link".
