MyJDownloader Registration Error
I've tried a few different browsers to register for MyJD via the website:
https://my.jdownloader.org/login.html#register Each time I enter a valid email and enter the captcha I get: "Unknown Error - Input Error" <refer attached image> I've been a GUI user for years, but want to try the Chrome plugin. I try several captchas, and it's a different error when I enter the captcha incorrectly. But this error does not have a lot of context, nor many hits when trying to search for others with the same problem. Thanks |

Microsoft has blocked our mail server and thus no msn, outlook, live, microsoft, hotmail addresses will work. Please use a different mail provider

Usually you can unblock your mail server (ip) with valid data and no server spam. Support ticket like support.microsoft.com/en-us/supportrequestform/8ad563e3-288e-2a61-8122-3ba03d6b8d75

@thecoder2012: We went through the process several times and last time they hard blocked the IP. They told me that we should ask every single customer to manually whitelist the mail/communication and thus *train* their anti spam system to not block the mails in future. No time to play that silly game

Many thanks for the replies.
I did think of that but the message that was presented indicated that if you are using a MSN / OUTLOOK / HOTMAIL address, you should check your SPAM folder. It doesn't specifically say you 'cannot' use one of these addresses: Warning Emails to Hotmail, Live, MSN or Outlook accounts are very often classified as spam. Please have a look in your spam folder if you can't find the mail! I suggest an update on that msg text when new users go to register to explicitly say DO NOT use one of those addresses. But as always - you guys have been a great help thanks. I have now registered a GMAIL account, and it's all worked just fine & dandy Last edited by mattyd; 03.06.2020 at 23:25. |
