Default Fix the Notification area Icon on Ubuntu and on the other linux distros I think.

thats a java issue that it cannot show transparent icons at the moment. maybe this will be fixed with java 1.7.

please use the board search next time - there are a lot of threads to that topic.
a workaround is to edit logo-128x128.png (give it a suitable background in gimp)
