Question premiumax.net How to...Stop automatic acc re-check? (Acc Mangr)

Hi again

Im having a little trouble with one of my multihoster sites banning me for different times because JD2 does that acc check every little while...well this site (PremiumMax) uses shitty catchas during the login.

When JD2 does its check sometimes their site auto bans me for 45mins-24hrs!

Is there a setting in advanced or something where i could turn off this check or something?

Thxs

Hi,
What account(host) has the problem? Normally it should not cause any issues as cookies are normally kept and no captcha required

Hi
The premiumax login captchas should usually not appear!
The plugin is coded to avoid them until your cookies expire (and this never ever happened to me).

Hi guys the captchas still do appear and are VERY hard to read (They use a terrible captcha system)Also if this means anything, it seems their site has a hard time remembering logins. I have to re-login every other day i go to the site it seems...looks like this needs fixing, it is an annoying issue....im getting banned for hours once a week it seems because of this

Jiaz.....its no one host, it the multihoster PremiumMax....JD2 login issues

Hi
1. Do you also have to enter captchas via browser every day ? [I'm asking because in your last post you seem to have said just that!]
2. We have no influence on the readability of the captchas as they're not generated by JDownloader
3. Log please!
4. Have you ever considered contacting the premiumax support and ask them to remove the captcha / make their cookies last longer or switch to another type of captcha?

Hi

1. Not every day but like i said their site doesnt like remembering logins so i have no choice. It forces me to relogin every 1-2 days...it doesnt remember. And yes everytime i login i have to do their captcha crap.

2. ok. I know this but u said there is some code that has been written in JD2 that bypasses them or something.
I have to enter captchas whenever and wherever i try to login to PreMax acc (JD2 as well)

3. If it helps:
09.02.15 16.37.11to08.02.15 16.45.51 jdlog://5664437732241/

4. Yes i have been in much contact with them, they have flat out said they dont like JD2 and wont support it.
(Frankly my impression of them is they r dicks and dont give a damn about customer satisfaction.)
Yes i have told them very recently how much their captcha system blows ass! ....And to change it lol

1. Okay.
2. No I just said we're using the cookies as long as possible (if all worked as designed).
To check the function I'd need your account.
3. Your log doesn't contain any premiumax login attempts.
Question:
What you have already added your premiumax account some time (hours/days) ago and go to the account manager --> Rightclick on it --> Refresh, does JD ask you for a captcha?
It shouldn't!
4. Yes this is sad - they never responded to my (API) requests either!

re: 3
keep in mind that login attempts are only logged if debug mode is enabled (advanced setting) or exemption is thrown (just the exception)

re:4
if they like it or not they have been supported. they would be better off supporting via dedicated API over website, as it reduces these type of issues.

pspz...
I think the issue with JD2 and the cookies is like i said their site wont remember login via site for more then 24hrs.
About the captcha....i refreshed to check like u asked and no it didnt.....this time....the captcha does popup suddenly at random (like when im watching a movie lol) and requires it. So the answer is sometimes no but sometimes at random yes it does popup. :( So maybe its broken?

@MrGonzo
Again:
1. If there is no captcha request when you manually refresh the account, it means that our "save and re-use cookies" handling is alright!
2. If you really get them "randomly" the cookies probably expire and there is NOTHING we can do about it.
The only way to refresh them is to log in again and unfortunately, a captcha is needed for that.
If you ask me, this problem is entirely caused by them!

GreeZ psp
EDIT

What I wanted to say is:
If we'd just disable the automatic account check, this would only make things worse and it would NOT fix the issue!
EDIT2

Jiaz I'm currently testing this - if you want too, simply add my FREE premiumax.net account to JD...to test the cookie handling, it should be fine:
http://jdownloader.net:8081/pastebin/133128
Seems to work just as it should here!

pspz

ok and ok Thxs for the efforts....like i said, i think theyre dicks over there

edit:
U said turning the auto refresh off would mess it up, ok. But maybe the option to turn on/off IF NEED BE only? ie with this PreMax login bs?

@MrGonzo
Again:
Auto login = JD restores the cookies and accesses this link:
premiumax.net
In case JD finds this in the HTML, the check will be fine:
Code:
>Sign out</a>
If not, JD will perform a full login (with captcha).

Turning that off will NOT help because if the cookies are invalid and you try to download, the plugin will simply fail.
As said before I'd need your account for further checks.

Easiest solution would be to ask them for an api or longer sessions
One should only rely on captcha for login when attack happened or someone/ip entered too many invalid logins

jiaz I'll contact them again though the first time they didn't even answer.
Contacted them again via contact form.
Also had to send the form 3 times until I had the captcha right.

My free account in JD still works fine with the captchas from yesterday by the way.

maybe the situation can be explained?
- does changing ones IP change effect cookie session?
- logging in within browser does this destroy previously set cookies that JD has stored?

id say second point is more than likely over first point, but both could be possible. Second point you could at least not use website from browser to prolong cookie session.

I added my free premiumax.net account to JD yesterday, rfeconnected half an hour before and re-logged in via browser so now I can say:
-Cookie lasts at least 24 hours
-IP change has no effect (neither on JD nor on the browser cookies)
-Browser logging out and in again has no effect either

Ya it saves the cookie for only 24hrs at most. Maybe next time u talk to them please ask them to increase the cookie time....as u experienced their captcha system is the worst! See 3 times it took u! Lucky u werent banned like i was many times!

There r others, they just dont know how to explain these issues, they just give up if it doesnt work haha.

The point is this is an annoying issue...and now as u know their captcha system is shit!

Im probably switching multihosters anyways...thxs again guys.

Sudden Question: Is there a setting in advanced where i can control how often JD2 does the auto acc check? Go from 30min to once a day?

@MrGonzo
no there is not,
account scraping is required to ensure cookie session is active and correct, and that you have download quota left etc. this happens once every ~30minutes and can be done with or without cached cookies.

It's been several days and my free premiumax account is still okay - I never had to enter any captchas so seems like the problem is not related to expired cookies?!

Yap, exactly like I thought:

--ID:866TS:1423965427211-2/14/15 6:57:07 PM -  [jd.controlling.AccountController(updateAccountInfo)] -> Account CENSORED->premiumax.net is invalid!
------------------------Thread: 881:accountCheck:premiumax.net-----------------------

I have no ideas why their cookies expire so fast for you - for me they seem to "never" expire.
As said, usually they have to make an API and/or remove the login captcha to "fix" this problem.
From what I can tell, this is not a JD issue.

I noticed that they do use cloudflare, I was thinking along the lines that it might have todo with
- requests sent (downloads attempts), that might influence how the cookies expire before normal.
- Desync between cloudflare endpoint and premiummax server(s), in which cloudflare endpoint httpd then invalidates previous cookie session to prevent some type security issue in the making.

@Premiumax
We'd still like to have an API - that woul be pretty useful
But thanks for the clarifications - account sharing is of course not allowed.

For use your API http://www.jdownloader.net/knowledge...ntainer/dlcapi
we need dlc_content_generator_id
We request this ID for our project. And we make a plugin for JD2 myself.
