Default RapidRar

No matter how many times you get the capcha right with rapidrap, it just refuses to work.

works fine here

ensure you have browser loop enabled (if you have disabled it), or add google.com (recaptcha) account to jdownloader 2.

Browser Loop? Is that the annoying thing that keeps opening browser tabs? How do I disable that?

What's a Google ReCapcha account? Does that require my Gmail username and password? If so, the browser window solution is the lesser of the two evils.

Browser loop required to get a captcha image of better quality so you can read and solve it correctly. When google account provided browser loop wont be used.

read more about this here -> http://support.jdownloader.org/index...splay-captchas

Adding 127.0.0.1 to NoScript seems to have fixed the problem.

So once again it's being a douche. I've not changed any settings and have solved the capcha about 20 times. So it seems more like getting it to work last time was more Sod's law than problem solved.

It seems your not using browser loop.

captcha is the same, just the quality is not, please ensure that browser solver (setting > captcha) and browser loop isn't disabled (settings > advanced settings), else use 'google.com (recaptcha)' account (settings > account manager)

then the captcha image quality will improve.

Captcha definitively isn't the same. When done via JD it's two long words like "mnturli clieriieruy" via the website it's like "1128".

Also both Dialog (Windows) in Browser and BrowserCaptchaSolver: Browser Loop are enabled.

I'm not experienced with this, but it would seem that I'm being served the wrong captchas for some reason. Could it be down to a bug in JD2 serving something via one of the captcha services. Current Captcha solvers enabled JAntiCaptcha, My.Jdownloader.org, imagetyperz.com, Dialog in JD, Dialog in Browser and My.JD.org Mobile App.

I should probably add that deathbycaptcha.eu, captchabrotherhood.com and 9kw.eu are disabled.

when you have either browser loop enabled (and working) or 'google.com (recaptcha)' account enabled the quality should be the same as your browser. if its not then its not using those mediums.

and your previous logs indicate this is the case.

Browser loop is and has always been enabled as per your previous post. If it's not working, that's a bug with JD2 (it is officially in beta after all). Also I've never had an issue with the quality of the Captchas, they've always appeared just fine. The issue I have is that the ones I'm receiving via JD are completely different in style to that which are served via the site. I understand that you have decided my issue lies with what you've predetermined but it's not actually solving the problem and adding a Google account is both a ridiculous invasion of privacy and a workaround to a problem that may affect an untold number of users so is probably worth getting to the bottom of.

we added google account support, for those that do not like browser loop function. You only use it if you choose.

If you claim its a bug, maybe we can do a teamviewer session so that I can try and identify it ? if you're willing please join our online chat send me a message.

Reading that and everything is set. The only thing I can think of is that the browser command line function needs to be set, it's currently "null". Does anyone know the Linux equivalent of [ "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Google\\Chrome\\Application\\chrome.exe", "-app=%s" ] is it simply [ "firefox-trunk", "-app=%s"]?

if firefox-trunk is how you start firefox, and it belongs in a directory mapped to system PATH it could be ok.

in linux, try 'which firefox-trunk' it should tell you path if you have to set the full path. firefox doesn't have the same switches as chrome, so you will need to google!

From anywhere within the terminal, it's simply "firefox-trunk" to launch Firefox. However I've done what you've said and added the full path "/usr/bin/firefox-trunk" and thus the commandline looks like "[ "/usr/bin/firefox-trunk", "$s" ]". I'm gonna try and download something to test.

think you will find its % and not $
putting that aside, think firefox will open in tab then if that suits you that's ok.

Okay, so with this link
Spoiler:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

I tried again and got the bot captcha again, despite all the messing with the advanced settings, I'm still not getting the tabs. This is odd because just prior to originally opening this thread, I was getting them open up in the browser. Was anything in that regard changed around the 25th?

nothing that I'm aware of happened on the 25th that would have changed behaviour.

rapidrar works fine

ensure that you either have
BROWSER LOOP enabled in > settings > advanced settings > BrowserCaptchaSolver: Browser Loop
and see : BrowserCaptchaSolver: Browser Loop During Silent Mode if you use silent mode....

else add google.com (recaptcha) account to account manager and then browser loop will not be used!

for more information on this please see https://support.jdownloader.org/inde...splay-captchas

not sure why but its still using old method, with the old method you get hard captcha in which you fail most of the time. I can offer you teamviewer session if you're interested?

Jump our online chat and find myself and ask for Teamviewer session

Thankyou

thankyou for teamview.

apparently you still need to disable my jdownloader fully automated solver otherwise it doesn't apply browser loop. his revisions are current.

Jiaz will need to look at the controlling as it clearly doesn't work or has bugs

my jd auto solver enabled = no browser loop, it seems to try once, then revert to user dialog (with old captcha implementation) on previous try failure. This reverting doesn't apply browser loop and the user gets shite captcha quality. To me my jd auto solver should NOT be used for recaptchav1 or v2 due to low success rates for this captcha type (hosters in the past have banned IPs due to automated attempts back when antirecaptcha was used heavily). I spoke to coalado about this last night, so if you want to discuss it more bring it up with him.

Confirmed working fine, Thank you. Also try to provide option under plugins to force use of https or change in the linkgrabber automatically if http doesn't work. It will be useful for example while copying the main url from rapidmoviez with lots of links. link: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

I am getting a 'outdated plugin' error when using JD with rapidrar SSL links. The error occurs after I enter the CAPTCHA info. It tried 2-3 times per link. Same results. I am on the latest version of JD.
