This is a follow-up to imgsrc.ru - soft ban on too many downloads in too short time from 3 weeks ago - since then JD waits 60 seconds upon encountering a HTTP 400 response before trying again. Which worked fine for 2.5 weeks: JD would wait 60 seconds, fail, wait another 60 seconds and was then usually able to continue downloading.

But the hoster slightly changed the threshold so that now making a HTTP request every 60 seconds is too much, effectively being trapped in an endless loop of retries. The waiting time now needs maybe 5-10 minutes. I work around this by simply stopping all downloads, let JD idle for 10 minutes and then start the downloads (this way I avoid any more HTTP requests to imgsrc) - the key is to be patient enough to wait 10 minutes entirely and not just 3-4 minutes to try again.

Maybe the plugin can get a customizable waiting time - that way it's a bit more future proof when imgsrc again changes its mind and the JD crew doesn't have to modify the plugin again and again (or figure out the minimal waiting time themselves). I wouldn't be surprised if imgsrc reads this forum, too - after all they surely want to fight automated downloads to avoid excessive bandwidth, but even browsing their website as human also can easily give you an HTTP 400 response.

I've increased the default wait for this case to 10 minutes.
If it needs to be adjusted again, I'm open for adding a setting for customizing this wait time.
