Hello,

I hadn't updated Jdownloader for a long while, when I did it this morning I started getting the skipped - account missing error for rapidgator files. I don't get this error when downloading via a browser.

This is for free downloads without being logged into any account.

Yes it's ok for the occasional download of relatively small size.

Implemented free download in premium mode for such files.
If this becomes unnerving to some users, we may as well add a setting where you choose what JDownloader should do if a "subscribe only or download as free user" file happens in premium mode.

Nevermind I've added the setting right away and set it to "Skip" by default because I think that most of all premium subscribers will not want JD to:
- Download with slow speed
- Ask for a captcha
...during premium mode.
