Default "Skip captchas for hoster" does not affect captchas in countdown state

Again, this is in a multiple-proxy scenario.

I force-start a bunch of packages with different hosters. But suppose I don't currently want to use one of those hosters (e.g. I know it's broken). I press "Skip captchas for host uploaded.to", but this choice doesn't apply to captchas for which the countdown has already started, or which are already queued to be show to the user.

I realize this could be difficult to solve, since it might require communicating with captcha threads that normally run independently (depending on JD's implementation of course).

Better summary: "Skip [hoster]" only skips links for which the captcha countdown hasn't started yet. Instead it should skip ALL links which haven't begun downloading (even if the captcha countdown has begun), BUT NOT STOP ongoing downloads for that hoster -- see (*)

To reproduce: You need several links from ONE hoster e.g. either uploaded, or bitshare or turbobit, AND several valid proxies in the connection manager (I get the proxies with a script).

Stop downloads, add/import proxies, then force-start all the links for that one hoster. All the count-downs will start as soon as the various proxies connect (some might be faster than others). Then, when the first captcha shows up, choose "Skip all captchas for [hostername]". You will notice that other captchas for that same hoster keep coming up.

* in the past year, there was a much more dangerous bug: when I chose "Skip [hostername]", it would not only skip all not-started links, but also immediately stop active downloads for e.g. uploaded.to. I wrote about it and you guys fixed it (thanks!). That bug is much worse, so don't bring it back

@danutz
Please check my svn ticket comments, and provide some feed back on your settings/JDownloader position/activity at the time of dialogs.
