Hi. So I have a strange problem. I have a download that consists of 5 part rar file. When I star the download, jdown starts downloading only one file and not even force download will start downloading another part. But I can start downloading another part if I launch another instance of jdownloader. So now I have 5 instances launched and they all download different parts of the rar just fine. Why can't I start downloading in the same instance when clearly the server supports it? Thanks!

different filehosts have different (free-user) limits and those might be out of date inside JDownloader plugin. Please provide example URLs and a log. Please post your log-ID here | bitte poste deine Log-ID hier. -psp-

Nice.
Also I just tried downloading using 25 instances and all of them started and finished downloading all 25 parts, so would be it be possible to have possibility to set custom number of simultaneous downloads for each host? In case I find another one that works as well, so I don't have to create a thread for every single host? I just discovered that it's the same case with wupfile

@Hengele: we will check if larger number of downloads will be possible. maybe you can provide example links for testing to support@jdownloader.org

I've checked it again and I wasn't able to start more than 5 simultaneous downloads over one IP address.
Maybe you're usinfg a VPN in your browser(?) Once the limit is hit, this is what their Web-API returns: Code:

You can add proxies/VPNs to JDownloader too to allow to "exceed" certain limits.
