Default multi chunks download error

When using more than one chunk to download, sometimes the first chunk does not stop while met the second part, just go on and on... Had to re enable or re start to finish download.
like this
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

See the part5 has been downloaded for 516mb, all part should be 500mb. The final file is still 500mb too, some part of the file has been downloaded twice. If I didn't stop it, maybe get to 1000mb.
Let's say, em, chunk 1 should download from 0~50%, chunk 2 should download from 50~100%. Sometimes chunk1 does not stop at 50%, instead it goes on for 51,52 ... even 100%, which is already downloaded by the second chunk.
This has happened with other sites too, such as qq.com and some one I don't remember the name.

The part05.rar is a 500mb file just like part04.rar and part06.rar, so when I saw it got bigger than 500mb I knew something was wrong. After disable and enable it again, JD mark it as finished.
Then I get this 516mb download list in JD and actually 500mb file on disk. And net monitor shows it did transfer 516mb data from the site.
Hope I get it clear this time.

I am using 4 connections total, 2 connections per site, 2 chunks per file.
No login was used.
No more example links for now. Most downloads from these sites work fine. I even download one error link again, it performaned normally.
first I think it is some kind random accident and let it go, but after 4 times, I decided to report.

I don't know, I didn't watch it all the time. The log window shows nothing.
Here is the log folder when it happened (I guess)

JD did it again.
example:
**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**
The file size should be 1.34G. The download was resumed several times.
2012-6-20 8-50-08 is the chunk view of the package. 2012-6-20 8-50-40 is the chunk view of the file.
BTW, upload log does not work.

Got worse today.Disable then re-enable or restart JD didn't work.JD marks the second part as blank.
The file is still fine, md5/sha1 and extract both checked out.
