Images from imgur.com not downloading, show an error
Jdownloader shows a "An error occured! (imgur.com)" and "try restarting this link (plugin outdated?)" message. https://imgur.com/MDO6xmq
Here's a few links that are showing this error: https://i.imgur.com/jZpsBwi.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/GA7jWo2.jpeg https://i.imgur.com/21mFczX.jpeg I have the latest update, 45992 |

The files are now downloading after recent fix. I also had to add imgur account info for it to work. Now it seems that the file info is not loaded as the availability shows as 0/1 online, and file size is unknown. File downloads even though it is shown as not online.

@fripp02: I'm sorry but I cannot reproduce any issue.
Can you please provide example links? Also please provide example link and a debug log Enable Settings->Advanced Settings->Log.debugmodeenabled and restart JDownloader, reproduce the issue and then create a log, see https://support.jdownloader.org/Know...d-session-logs and post shown logID here

I'm seeing this behavior with direct links to the files that start with "https://i.imgur.com". The gallery links show the file info, but these direct links do not.
https://imgur.com/gallery/RlGSKuc https://i.imgur.com/9H3Lntd.jpeg https://imgur.com/gallery/fTIVBtD https://i.imgur.com/eiNCMlP.mp4 I don't know if this has something to do with renaming of extensions: jpeg>jpg , mp4>gif 30.05.22 14.07.22 <--> 30.05.22 14.09.33 jdlog://2020035302851/ |

@fripp02
Here is the explanation on why /gallery/<id> items and i.imgur.com/<id>.jpeg items can sometimes get different filenames: The imgur.com API/website does (sometimes?) not expose the name of the uploader when accessing single images. In your case, that gallery contains exactly one image and the gallery-API exposes the uploaders' name thus it gets set for the "child-images" of that item too and is later used in the default filenames. Here are your options:
I don't see any JD bug here... -psp- EDIT Also I wasn't able to reproduce your reported issue and I wasn't able to find any errors in your logs.

@pspzockerscene I also guess it's wanted behaviour. So you cannot *reference back* from a single shared image to a complete gallery without knowing the actual gallery link. Another guess/idea is that you can create galleries and just link random images/posts into it. I just did some tests and found galleries where the images do have meta data on their own. So ppl just randomly upload images without any meta data and ppl *collect* or *include* them in gallery links and add their meta data that is only available via the gallery link your log does not contain any issue. Please reproduce the issue/wait for issue to happen and then create the log I could not reproduce any issue with the plugin neither

Thanks for looking at it. That makes sense that they are hiding the user account that uploaded file. The direct link also bypasses imgur data collection, advertising, other things they want a user to see. It seems to me that they made some changes in the past 2 weeks because I never had to use the API or be logged in before. I think they want to verify people for NSFW images or make them view user agreement.

@fripp02: You should not have to use API mode. Website mode (default) still works fine here (tested with your example links). So please disable api mode and provide a debug log like advised, see https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...92&postcount=4

All seems to be fine now that i disabled API and account manager setup. Sometime during the outdated plugin I added account info and had a popup saying imgur users needed to add it. Sorry for the false alarm.
