I have a microserver with headless jDownloader 2 installed because I usually use my.jdownloader web interface, but there is no option for configuring a reconnection scrpt. How can I do this?

Easiest way would be to use JDownloader with GUI and setup the reconnect and then copy the files from cfg folder with reconnect in name to your other JDownloader installation to transfer the settings. Don't forget to close the other JDownloader before doing so
