Please send username/password to support@jdownloader.org so we can check.
What account type do you have?
free are limited to 1, premium can download more simultaneously

the trick i use is that i have like 10 free accounts active, so i can download much faster with simultaneous downloads. this doesn't seem to work anymore along with automatic reconnection (completely passive).

do you use the 10 free accounts on same IP or via proxy? just asking so we can update the plugin.
so you can use multiple free accounts at the same time with same IP, right?

no proxy or anything, plain internet connection. just different dns as modified networking parameters.

Thanks for the feedback!

Please also check the reconnect functionality - resetting account traffic via reconnect is a rare special case thus we were not able to completely test it.

did you disable the free(non account) via rule? it should work like this:
account reaches traffic limit and then should be temp. disabled (check account overview)
then JDownloader should try to download without account and then reconnect should happen.
that's why I ask if you have disabled manually the use of the free(no account) download?

i'm experiencing the same problem with easybytez and reconnections,
i've a rule for easybytez:

This rule is correct or i've to remove this rules or i've to enable also the free account?

i am messing with the premium settings and got this so far:

with premium accounts enabled i have set a new usage rule for easybytez: group 1 with all the free accounts, group 2 with 1 free download without account; distribution rule random for both groups.
when i reached all the limits the automatic reconnection happened but then only one download without free acount started while all other free accounts remain waiting for reconnect like image below

i have tried manually reconnecting again but the situation didn't change in premium account settings and in usage rule the free accounts remain disbaled instead

now i have deleted the usage rule again, stopped all downloads and started em again, waited 4 minutes per easybytez waiting time and got multiple simultaneous downloads with free accounts working again...

@urfausto: just rightclick refresh the accounts. we still have to sort out this special handling better.
may I make use of the accounts for testing?

now i have tried one more manual reconnection but the premium account manager still says "Reconnect required to reset free account traffic" for almost all of them except one. it seems this is the core of the problem, reconnection doesn't refresh traffic limit anymore

At the moment there is no handling/support for accounts that require reconnect and refresh traffic. normally an account refreshes traffic after certain time/day change. so we have to find a solution for this special case that
1.) triggers reconnect
2.) allows recheck to update available traffic

ah ok!
one more thing to note is that after a certain amount of time like 10/15mins the traffic refreshs itself for all accounts, but i don't know if this sort of countdown is triggered by the reconnection or it is an autonomous procedure. i should try without reconnection after the limit is reached. will see...

We temp. disable the account for 15 mins and the idea was that all accounts are temp. disabled, then JDownloader tries to download with free user -> triggers reconnect -> after next automatic refresh, the accounts should have traffic again -> download again

but there are certain problems with this
1.) ppl might have disabled *free/no account* downloads manually -> no reconnect trigger
2.) the current used workaround doesn't trigger the reconnect

that's why we have to find a better/working solution for this

ok so without manual reconnection the premium accounts just remain temporarily disabled for a very long time

No, they have timeout of 15 mins.
can you please try to enable free/no account download and then after all downloads are temp. disabled
free download kick in -> request reconnect -> after timeout those other accounts should work again too?

i already did this and posted it in the previous comments, exactly as you say... and it only works in a part.

https://board.jdownloader.org/showpo...9&postcount=14

it seems you can only wait for those time to pass and can't workaround it...

i can try to start a no account download and then reconnect manually but i hardly doubt it will have any effect on accounts refreshment.

update: no luck, only 2 of them (dunno why) correctly refreshed after automatic reconnection with no accounts. for others still need to wait...

i have updated jdownloader right now and after a little while all other accounts refhreshed automatically without reconnection 3 mins earlier than the set countdown, is this related to the update?

update: guess not. anyway even a double reconnection doesn't change the countdown of traffic limit refresh.

Please stop pushing this!

This is a rare special case and we have to sort out how to handle this properly ...
