Cool

I recommend to :-

1) Allow java and javaw in your firewall and virus software. Disable (or un-install) the port 80/html/web scanner in your virus software.

2) Reduce the Max.Con. setting (bottom right corner of jD window) to 1. Reset the affected files.

BTW, it's not rangerheader, but rangeheader.

Wow thanks. I checked my 'Exemptions' in Windows Firewall, and it already had 'Java(TM) Platform SE Binary' ticked, I couldn't find Java or Javaw, but I reduced the connections to 1 and it appears to be working ok now. Man Fileserve is slow! lol

Thanks for your help! much appreciated

Default Landing error code 1703

I think the landing error code 1703 has something to be with Fileserve itself , because I tried it on the browsers I got " Chrome, Firefox and IE" none of them able to fetch the file.

It only asked to enable cookies and active scripting which they are all on by default.

Did anyone else experienced the same problem and managed to solve this?

Please wait for an official jD programmer to analyse your log.

didnt a preimum account bypassed that already?

After investigate a bit further the only links that I get error code 1703 is from their fsdndm.fileserve.com, any other links are perfectly fine.

Anyway let see what fileserve has to say about this error this time:thumbup:

the error seems identical with filesonic issues that are also listed on iwf list. so my guess is that the transparent iwf proxy causes this issues

make sure your username/pw is no longer than 20 chars.
filesevre cuts off after 20 chars but jd did not

will be fixed with next plugin update

Default Fileserve error

Hlo, I'm kinda new here.
It's seems that I'm having trouble with Fileserve.com connection since last week:
- Whenever I try to download from them by jdownloader, it got stuck at connecting or downloading. I've check the link manually through my browser & it's just run normally.
- If I tried to stop my download list, it can't stop the connection with fileserve.
- Also, if the fileserve item is the first on the list (with max dwnld set to 1) it would just freeze there

OK, that's all I've had to say. Hope the bug will be fixed soon.

How do you stop your download? If you're using Stop, then your already downloading links will continue downloading until they're completely downloaded or get to an "in error" state. When you want to stop a download immediately you need to use "Disable". This is the way it was designed and the people in my country like it.

What about some example links and a complete and detailed log?

its caused by your firewall/av. i had the same problem with user in chat and after doing teamviewer session and setup his av/firewall to exclude java.exe and javaw.exe all was working fine again in jd.
