For example: Search for "Herb Alpert remix" double click to download it. Then like in the picture right click on downloaded file and select the context menu contains text URL then JD grabs the audio.

The URL is offline here but I guess this is only a temporary URL bound to your session/IP.

hey,

there's an issue with it not parsing all photos.

for vk.com/tag (Photos of someone), it doesn't work. there's 1060 photos on the page I'm looking at, and it's only recognizing like half of them. I have a vk account added to jdownloader, which should be sufficient for all the photos on that page (I've tested opening a bunch of random photos; I could view all of them that I tried on vk.com just fine). When I started downloading, it also gave a "missing account" failed status for some of the links, even though, as I said, I have a vk account added which should be sufficient for all the photos

1. IK will check your "audios" URL.

2. Your "wall" URL seems to go to a private wall for which an account is required.
As said I will first fix all public content issues and then check/fix login.

If JD was able to login, your "wall" URL would probably work just fine.

fyi: links posted on this forum are only viewable by support personal, so its quite safe in that respects. The only tie its not, is if the domain is whitelisted.

Your issue should be fixed after the next update.
It does at least find all 1060 items here.

Please keep in mind that I'am NOT testing account handling at the moment as I'am ONLY working on non-account issues at this moment.

This means:
I can crawl all of these images fine but I'am unable to download them but if I fully understand your post you were able to download them, at least most of them.
The "Account missing" message which sometimes "randomly" appeared even if the content was clearly available should not happen anymore.
Keep in mind that this is only applies for all items added AFTER the update.

Hey,

I just updated jdownloader and checked, and I'm sorry to say, but it's still the same for me. It still only recognizes ~440 files out of the 1060 (I checked twice; first time it recognized 440, second time it recognized 438 with 2 offline).

The account missing error I think did actually only appear for images you need to be signed in to view. But I had a vk account added to jdownloader, so it should work, I thought

On your end, does it actually find 1060 items, or just recognize 1060 links? because it already recognized the 1060 links for me (before the update I mean), but it just didn't find all the images (and still doesn't).

I think it's likely account-related. I guess I'll check back in a few months or so once you've moved on to account-related issues xP

The VK plugin is really big and I will try to fix/improve it step-by-step and then once that is done I will check the login stuff.

What is your difference between "find" and "recognize"?

If I add your link, I will get 1060 items in the linkgrabber.
About 770 items of these are downloadable without an account here.

Again: What do you mean with "recognize"?

If I add this single photo URL, it will be added as "6104CENXORED_CENSORED.jpg" and I'am able to download this item without an account.

Just to clarify that:
If you wait a few months for me to fix account issues, the issues you currently have might still exist then - they do NOT seem to be account related!

I will send you a full list of all items which should be downloadable without account and items that require an account (based on your main "tag"/wall example URL.).

In my 2nd test, it found 1059 URLs - 778 downloadable (= 182,17 MiB) and 281 Account required

1. While your first URL is accessible without account, it seems like an account is required to play/download these audio files ...
2. I've fixed a bug in the single wall post crawler but I was unable to test with your given URL as it requires to be logged-in.

I've fixed the download for this particular kind of single picture URL for the next update.
You will have to delete- and re-add such URLs to be able to download them.

The next update will also include a new plugin setting for faster downloads of high amounts of picture items:

I've checked your 'tag' URL again while being logged-in:
Total amount of items: 1059
Total number of items downloaded: 965
Total number of items NOT downloaded: 94
All of these 94 URLs display a red "Permission denied" error on the top left corner via browser.

Apparently, "search" is not supported, but the materials automatically establish such an address.
But nothing is impossible.
This expression (constantly improved) only shows the actual link to the video or other material.
That is why I will be thankful for your support.

This may be because the address in the browser is not real, it only shows part of the link and the material may not be available.
But I don't know what information I could provide because you would have to analyze the group (wall with links).
For example, after clicking on a material, the link adds other parts of parameters to the normal link. If I find this situation, I will provide a link and a log.
