Now i know how to get the playlists and the links of them but i still need to know something else:
1.Is there any difference between links with playlists and links without playlists.
2.If so, should JD then decrypt all or only playlists depending on the link or should JD ALWAYS also decrypt ALL files (the ones you marked with "ALL")?

There are too many and you need to narrow the search.

How can I make this program has chosen only the best quality.
You can of course choose to "auto-rename"
but then I much Download a lot of files with the same name and different bitrates.

Example:
DJ Valium - Omen.mp3 - 192 kbps
DJ Valium - Omen.mp3 - 320 kps

Well you can't sort by bitrate as there is no column for that but you could first show all links which contain "bitrate" or "kbps" in the filename and then sort those.
Note that this is only possible if the bitrate is shown somewhere on the site!

bitrate can be calculatable if filesize + song length known (but near.not exact/perfect)

MP3 Filesize: 3.89MBytes
Bitrate: 128Kbits
Length: 04:15

Convert Mbytes to Kbits:
3.89Mbytes * 1024 = 3983Kbytes
3989Kbytes * 8 = 31866Kbits

Convert Kbits to Length:
31866Kbits / 128Kbits per second = 249 seconds
249 seconds / 60 seconds = 4.19 Minutes
