1. This is not offline - it's simply a server error and that's exactly what JD display (or "Host offline?"):

JD correctly recognizes that and downloads all but these - looks like a server error/timeout - maybe contact the vk.com support:

1. Improved linkcheck handling for photo links.
This also means that when checking picture links, linkgrabber will only find online/offline but not the filename but that's file - filename will as always be shown on downloadstart!
2. Please check again after the next update but this should NOT lead to an infinite loop!
3. You're definitly wrong - this happens when accessing the directlink:

1. Not very understand you, but we will see later

2. OK, I care only for this to start a new download for servers that do not want to respond and "force interrupt" and can start other downloads from list of downloads.

I just checked it again and it does not get stuck (anymore?!):
EDIT
After 70-90 seconds "freezing" JD shows "Server error" for me!
If you're using higher timeouts on your system this might affect the time until you can see the status!

Test and work -- Now, does not freeze the process "Starting ..." if the server is not responding

jd.plugins.PluginException: Photo is temporarily unavailable or offline (server issues)

So, is that fine or do you want it to show "File not found" if the final link leads to a 404 server error?

When I add this link to the linkgrabber, it adds all of this user's 8,000 files instead of just the songs on this page. Is there a way to fix this?
