Decrypting takes about 2-4 hours (2000 video-link).
I do it a lot faster(a few minutes!) "manually" or VkOpt without any error

You should be able to use these directlinks in JD but the idea is probably not good at all as they time out plus you'd have to turn off the linkcheck to add them quickly.

Yes but this is not a JDownloader issue.
Simply use the packagizer to fix that name for such cases as it is located inside the (source)-url.

This is not an encoding issue - you just don't get it.
Simply use the packagizer via wildcard (*) to set the correct name for such urls.
I will not add extra support for this as it makes absolutely no sense.

Hello, I don't know if it comes from the plugin or my internet, but since this morning I am not able to download any video from vk.com.

The status is: (Disconnect?) vkontakte.ru

The truth is that I have downloaded all the night at around 100mb/s, maybe they blocked my IP (unfortunatly I have a fixed IP I cannot change)? But in this case I don't understand why I am able to download from browser, or to stream the video from browser (I am using the same link as the one having disconnect status)

PS: I am on windows, I have disabled any firewall that could be running, I am NOT using any proxy/vpn, I can access/download/stream from vk without any problem from browser.
Also, I would like to mention this does not happens on all links but only on some, around 10%.
