Hi!
First thanks for this great tool ! I noticed another Youtube Plugin problem with new uploaded Videos to Youtube! The download (1080p Version) remains by 'starting' (no 'downloading' as by the older Videos) but it downloads in the background. When it's finished the message appears that the videofile already exists. Renaming the first download and starting the second results in 2 MP4 files. The first one has the picture, the second one the sound . So no muxing at all :( I hope it's understandable! thanks in advance theghostofelvis This is an example video : **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** Logfile : 01.03.16 11.39.46 <--> 01.03.16 11.43.53 jdlog://6810642995541/ |

Jiaz - How to save the source link to download folder?
I have lots of folders and would like some time to check the browser for new movies, but I do not know the source link. This can be in the future to avoid such a situation? |

This is an oddball one and I'm not sure if it is due to the file size or Youtube filehoster plugin as the tool used of course for conversion is the ffmpeg_10.6+ which I also just reinstalled after deleting the folder it resides in as well as deleting the update/versionInfo / JD the extensions.installed.json which holds the ffmpeg entry
I'm not sure if the log below will show the problem either: 03.03.16 01.30.28 <--> 03.03.16 01.34.02 jdlog://4632642995541/ This has been happening for three days with this particular file deleting links and trying to restart and updating JD, etc. The Machine this is on is Mac OS X 10.6.8 using the FFMPEG installed by JD. I do show in the status though "Try restarting the link (plugin outdated) **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** The dl folder **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** The link is **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff** and the video is 1.79 GB in size per JD info although I think it is not correct maybe. Sorry I don;t have any other link to give you especially of this size from youtube. I tried to grab this also from another Mac running OSX 10.10.5 on the same network, and it actually did download it completely and converted everything just fine but, the file size when finished was 1.92GB All other youtube files I tested with on the 10.6.8 machine that were smaller files sizes downloaded and converted properly so I'm confused and not sure whats happening of course so any input is appreciated.

Please download ffmpeg yourself and place it in JDownloader and overwrite existing ffmpeg. I'm sure that the one we deliver might have issues on that old systems.

Just did and also reset the dl to delete the previous failed files. Still have have the same issue.
Try restarting the link (plugin outdated) Also I had ffmpeg version 2.8.6 Copyright (c) 2000-2016 the FFmpeg developers built with llvm-gcc 4.2.1 (LLVM build 2336.11.00) in the /usr/local/bin which I copied over to replace the files you suggested to replace. it seems that everything is dling properly and it seems to get stuck converting from the dash ![]() g1GgnbN9oNw_DASH_VIDEO_480P_H264_DASH_AUDIO_128K_AAC.dashAudio g1GgnbN9oNw_DASH_VIDEO_480P_H264_DASH_AUDIO_128K_AAC.dashVideo g1GgnbN9oNw_null_DASH_AUDIO_128K_AAC.dashAudio I find it interesting though that everything else converts properly from youtube and with both the ffmpeg you installed and also with the newest ffmpeg already installed and moved Just this one I seem to be having issues with.

You need to specify the full path (like /xyfasf/ffmpeg) to the binary in Settings-Advanced Settings-search for ffmpeg
Or you overwrite the one from JDownloader. Putting it into /usr/local/bin -> you have to modify the path yourself

im trying to load musicvideos etc via vpn (hotspotshield)
but it does not work properly, its working in the linkgrabber where the links are shown correctly, but once i move them to download i get an error for most files, file not found etc, also sometimes the original youtube video name is deleted in the process so it just shows a blank name field (+ parameters) |

I wanted to download only english subtitle from a youtube video (**External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**) and it always shows Subtitle: Hindi [translated]
I followed the instructions here https://board.jdownloader.org/showthread.php?t=67593 Option 1.) Settings-Plugins-search for youtube and disable *best subtitle* - This resulted in all languages displaying one file each Option 2.) Settings-Advanced Settings-search for youtube and change preferred subtitle languages. for example ["en","de"] - I enabled *best subtitle* again and used ["en"] and it resulted to Subtitle: Hindi [translated] Option 3.) Combo of 1 and 2 resulted same as 1 Option 4.) Using En/English/Eng/eng/english for option 2 resulted the same EDIT: Sorry for not putting in youtube issue thread. Do you use any packagizer rules? Can you make a screenshot of your youtube plugin settings?
