VOE hat bei mir seit einiger Zeit wieder Captcha Probleme... Kein Downloaden von VOE möglich... Ich hoffe es kann eine Lösung gefunden werden, Danke & LG!

Was heißt "Captcha Probleme"?
Bei mir startet der Download dieses Links ohne Probleme nach dem Lösen des Captchas.

If your bugreport is about a specific website which JD supports via plugin, please also provide example URLs which can be used to reproduce the issue you are having.

Bitte poste deine Log-ID hier.
Falls dein gemeldetes Problem ein Problem mit einer Webseite ist, die per Plugin unterstützt wird, stelle bitte zusätzlich Testlinks zur Verfügung, mit denen sich dein Problem nachstellen lässt.

Ok, gut mittlerweile hat er den Film geladen, nachdem ich den Download neu gestartet habe, zuvor hat JD die Meldung ausgegeben, dass das Captcha nicht geladen werden konnte, woher soll ich wissen, was dies heißen soll?

Das Problem hatte ich in den letzten Wochen des Öfteren.

Gut Debug Modus habe ich aktiviert. Soweit ich weiß, sollte für VOE kein Plugin benötigt werden, das ging eigentlich immer so von Haus aus.


Was aber schön wäre, wenn ihr die Aktualisierungsrate vom Frontend des MyJD2 etwas höher frequentieren könntet, damit man nicht immer die Seite manuell nachladen muss. Teilweise lädt die Seite schnell und manchmal dauert es dann wieder ewig. An meinem Internet kann dies eigentlich nicht liegen, die Glasfaser hier läuft stabil und mit niedriger Latenz.
