Not sure what I need, Asus RT N66U

How would I go about setting up the reconnection feature in Jdownloader? The Router is an Asus RT-N66U. I'm not sure what I need to get this working but I think I need a script.

Also I think I don't have a dynamic IP Address, if anyone could point me in the direction on how to get one that would be good, I'm confused on how to do so.
