I am also having the same problem with Rapidgator the past few days. JD wont download either Free nor Premium links and marks any of their files as 'skipped'
My settings are correct in JD and I am showing as a Premium act holder. I also ensure I have the latest updates from JD. I dont know how to get nor show a log as you have requested from others... But I figured out how to attach a screenshot of the problem, as shown below... Please help this 'Not so Tech Minded' lady and keep your replies as simple as possible (Sorry to take your time on this, but I had a bad accident and fractured my skull and lost my long term memory for a year The short term memory is damaged forever, but I have forgotten many tech things I used to know and cant remember when I try to learn them again, so have to record everything on Notepad)....:crying: & Thank you in advance Barbara.... NB...I also tried to buy Uploaded Premium Act through JD, so JD would benefit, w.o success, but that is a fault with Uploaded payment page, I have started a ticket with them to resolve it So I have donated today directly to JDownloader on this Forum Last edited by Ladybbird; 26.01.2015 at 15:52. |

Same issue.
It shows no-traffic available.
Using Jdownloader 0.9.581 using the browsers, no issue at all. I can download. I have tried deleting the account, and re-entering the details. Disabling API, and everything mentioned on this forum. I also tried updating... no update was found. I've sent you the login to try to troubleshoot. It shows 0 bytes (no traffic left), while there's still 2TB when I login using the browser. JD2 has stopped authenticating my Rapidgator premium account completely as of this morning. Over and over again it says "Loading information..." then "Can't check account". Logging into the rapidgator website works fine as does MiPony.
Apparently JD2 doesn't allow users to view logs like JD did so here is the log link: 28.01.15 15.05.41to28.01.15 17.15.15 jdlog://0111237732241/ Please help me to understand what is going wrong. |

Your log contains a lot of socket issues. Make sure that you got the current Java versions installed and make sure that your Firewall/AV program does NOT block Java! GreeZ psp

Thanks for the heads up. I have updated java and added exceptions for java.exe/javaw.exe in both AV and Firewall. But JD2 is still not working with rapidgator premium. 29.01.15 08.08.22to29.01.15 08.12.03 jdlog://0661237732241/ |

And with enabled API it doesn't work either? If you have a firewall/AV scanner, please completely uninstall it and try again! Can you use JD + RG fine with other computers in your network? GreeZ psp

Rapidgator Premium Account Problems
For starters, there are ALWAYS errors when attempting to use a Rapidgator premium account with any version of JD. I have seen various errors occur from "Skipped - Account is missing" to "You can only download one file at a time in Free mode" (the wording may not be exact but it is something similar) to having to deal with Captcha's constantly. Rapidgator support is blaming all of these issues on JD and taking no responsibility for anything. However, as an IT Pro for 30+ years and a "gray hat" (a reformed black hat), I feel that the problems are really related to the total incompetence of the Rapidgator personnel in general.
Here is the log record: 04.02.15 08.33.08to04.02.15 09.49.33 jdlog://7074337732241/ |

Hi
Indeed their API/site has always been unreliable but anyways - JD tends to switch to free mode too fast via the default settings but luckily, you can change this. Plus you should set max.connections per file to 1 and try again. Here a tutorial on how to completely disable free mode for individual hosters:

You say to set max connections per file to 1. Where exactly is that done? The settings I see are Max simultaneous Downloads (set to 4 currently) and Max Chunks per Download (set to 1 currently). I see no "per file" settings anywhere. And as usual, I tried to download some files this morning and immediately encountered the "Skipped - Account is missing" error when I had just refreshed the hosting account info to make sure it still showed Account is ok: Premium User. The black hat part of me really wants to hack into and destroy Rapidgator for being the assholes they are. Either hack attack or take the safer road and report them to Interpol and the Greece and Cyprus authorities for all the copyright violations hosted on their servers.

1. Chunks = connections per file so your setting is fine.
2. Does it work fine via browser? 3. Please post a log. GreeZ psp

Downloads stop working via browser also. It makes no difference whether the API is enabled or disabled in JD2. Either way the problems still exist. As I said, it's the incompetent idiots at Rapidgator that are the root of all the problems. They obviously have no idea what they are doing and their supposed support proves it if you're lucky enough to get a response.

Do you get any specific errormessage from rapidgator via browser or how do you see that it doesn't work there either?
Your log only contains a LOT of connection issues which are usually caused by bad connection, bad proxy or bad Firewall/AV scanner. Anyways - to completely prevent JD from switching into free mode (for rapidgator), you can do this:
