Default FileFactory: Issues

I'm getting an error from JD that it is not recognizing my premium account.

Test file: **External links are only visible to Support Staff****External links are only visible to Support Staff**

Log file:http://jdownloader.org/pastebin/77521

I noticed that FF has posted a note on March 11th that it says it is incompatible with JD.

I have just the same problem, and it worked yesterday.

I have just bought a filefactory premium and I have the same problem. I entered the account information and after a few seconds, the premium account disabled itself with "invalid account" message in Expire date and Traffic left columns. The account works just fine in web browser.

Well I'm not sure about the rest of you but the majority of links to filefactory and also fileserve have been crapped out and or getting worse for the past two weeks least for me and that is wether I use VPN or not. A lot of attempts at their capthca's take then fail and I am repeatedly asked again and again etc. Others may have better luck than I anyway.

Default Hesitant To Ask

Okay...I'm sure I will get yelled at...but newbie here...and about as technically savvy as a Kardashian...and if I'm reading this right...the problem with file factory has been fixed...but won't be available til the next update...which will be sometime in the next 7 to 14 days...by this you mean general JDL update and if mine is set for auto update it will receive it when it is released...right? I ask because I too am a premium member of ff and rely on JDL as my default download manager and with the proliferation of premium servers and the nonproliferation of disposable dollars cannot afford to go and buy a JDL working Premium Server in the interim. So knowledge of the actual timing of the solution to this problem is rather important to me if not to others. Knowing fully well that you guys work your hineys off on this piece of software and being deeply appreciative of that fact....the dartboard is now officially open...:w00t:

Default FileFactory plugin always shows offline

All FileFactory links are shown as "offline>[not available]" in JDownloader even though they are not. Possible reason is that FileFactory changed their website design a bit. I guess some patterns don't match anymore ...

System: Linux Mint 12 32bit, JDownloader up-to-date as of 21-03-2012

@pspzockerscene
The updated plugin won't grab the right size for files smaller than 1 MB because the hidden filesize that's used for the regular expression on the link checker page will equal zero if the file is smaller than 1 MB.

Got latest version .9581 22 March but issue is still the same ie all Filefactory links come up as offline, they are not as i can download fine with browser. At least it stops disabling premium account within JD.
Fix obviously did not work if it was included in latest which going by changelog i thought it had.

Lucky it works fine with Rapidshare.

Are you running current version .9581, my account ok now, just cannot download as it reckons files offline.

Just have to wait for the fix to come in an update, thought it had been as changelog for .9581 (22 Mar 2012)
states Filefactory hoster updated, maybe thats for something else though.

Would have thought tickets stay open untill fix released and confirmed to work.

Just tried to download three files of mulit-links. JDL still recognizes the account as being valid and unlimited but after loading links to download they came up as 100% offline. I then clicked on each one in browser and they download fine. So plugin fixes account recognition but not download problem.

Okay thanks for the quick reply. Will wait. It's like filefactory doesn't want anybody to download because JDL is not alone in this problem freerapid dl is having same issue. Don't know about others.

Great but please note that the update still won't work for links to files smaller than 1 Megabyte.

Thanks for reply about plugin update, as you had posted in other thread check changelog date, i assumed it had been done since the latest is today and problem showed up yesterday or day before.

I dont think files smaller than 1Mb would be much of an issue, who saves files that size to a file host anyway?.

Would not be to bad filefactory changing stuff if there own downloader FileFactory Turbo actually had a decent download speed, it always seems erratic and slow for me, JDL is miles better.
