For the first link, I get the following errormessage via browser:

For å se dette i EØS må du logge inn og bekrefte at du er bosatt i Norge med BankID

--> Seems like some kind of account is required.

For the 2nd URL I get another undefined errormessage (GEO-blocked(?)).

Please send your tv.nrk.no account login credentials to support@jdownloader.org so we can check this and possibly add account support.
Alternatively you can try this download method.
