Hi. I wanted to download a clip from twitch today so I added the URL to the linkgrabber and I got a message that said login required so I thought that I needed to add my account and password into the account manager. I did that but it seems there's some problem, it says account support is currently broken.
Is it that twitch is not supported any more? Should I wait for an update that fixes it?

Twitch shutdown old api used by JDownloader and plugin has not yet been revisited to make it work again

OK, guys. Thank you very much. I don't use twitch that much so if I can't download certain clips I really don't care. Many streaming sites are changing they service so that you can't download the clips to watch them offline. Problem is my internet connection is not that good and watching some long clips online is impossible as playback stops every ten secs.

Is this workaround working for you? For me, it doesn't. I'm trying to download a recorded video from twitch (not a live stream), and Video DownloadHelper says "No media to process in the current tab".
Edit: It worked after a while, maybe due to waiting or navigating back and forth in the video, or using a bookmarklet for video speed (javascript:document.querySelector('video').playbackRate = 1.5;).

@SMS: Thanks for the followup! what browser are you using? maybe some other extension caused issues in combination? in 2022 I will work on twitch support to make it work again
