i have installed Jdownloader 2 on a seedbox (ultra cc) and i try to connect my premium account real-debrid on jdowloader and i have the following error.

Thanks it work but i have another issue i try to paste the link from real-debrid i have offline files cant download any of them

Your log doesn't contain any real-debrid related errors and that link is direct-downloadable - I can even download it fine without the need of a real-debrid account.

Please make sure that the problem you have will be in the log: Trigger it befire uploading your current log session.

Are you maybe using a VPN on the system where JDownloader is running?
Real-debrid tends to block VPN IPs...

i am using the jdownloader on a seedbox from ultra cc maybe they blocked the ip or vpn. i am using it to convert torrent to direct link. is there any chance can bypass the ip blocked from real-debrid??
