[Solved] Keep2share recaptcha v2 api cannot be found - JDownloader Community

so i just opened Jdownloader a while back to download some files from my premium K2S account and it says RecaptchaV2 API Key cannot be found.

I went to plugins to disable the api option but it is greyed out and i cannot disable it.

here is the log:

Hi,
I'am unable to reproduce your issue.

Please do the following:
1. Go to Settings --> Advanced settings --> "log: debug mode" --> Enable this
2. Delete- and re-add your k2s account in JDownloader.
3. Add an account usage rule for k2s and disable free mode:

4. Please post a new log.

EDIT: I think I made a mistake when taking the log since I did not add the disable free mode rule. But when I opened Jdownloader again I get an Unknown Error in the Account Manager. So this time I added the disable free mode rule and then took another log that can be found below.

According to your log our plugin is working fine but an error happens once it tries to get to the captcha.
This must either be an errormesage from your firewall or ISP ... or keep2share had issues when you tried but in this case it would have to work fine now:

I've checked the exact URL from your log and I can open it here without any issue and it will display the captcha.

This might have happened because this one captcha request used http instead of https --> Please check that. if possible (thx raztoki).

Not really sure that it is my ISP since captcha for sites like fileboom and rapid gator seem to work fine. The issue seems to happen only for k2s

Tried something else now. I unselected my premium account for k2s and unselected the free mode rule and tried to download. It says "Captcha Recognition required" but the captcha window does not show up.

Sorry don't mean to spam the thread but I tested by directly downloading files from k2s site and it works. Even works with a download manager.

So this is most likely not an issue from my ISP. Seems more like their API or recaptacha seems to be out of whack. Was there an update to captchas cos they look a bit different now even for fileboom? Maybe that's the problem and K2S didn't implement it properly?

I have a same problem.
The error is : "jdownloader error recaptcha v2 api key can not be found" and a i can't make her disappear.

I deactivated the free account but it doesn't change anything, can you please help me?

your issue seems to be with uptobox.com and not keep2share.cc which means you're in the wrong thread.
