I realize this is an old thread but someone may search for this model, i did i found info on the web which led me to this solution
(sleep 2;echo admin;sleep 2;echo password;sleep 3;echo "dev reboot";sleep 3) | telnet 192.168.0.254
replace with your routers ip i ran this under debian linux in a batch file called by jdownloader
