downgrading to update17
how do i downgrade to update 17 , because i have and speed issue with my new internet provider the last one was terrible but at nights i could download at 61 kbps but with the new one i am static with 58 and the internet is faster than that

i´m a free user but yesterday i was downloading at 61 with my previous internet provider and today i am stuck at 58 and i´m sure that the jd is not using all the bandwidth ots like sometime it is at 64-65 and suddenly it slowdawns at 58-57 also when i visit java homepage i can´t find update 17 installer, how do i find it

well i isntalled update 17 but the speed is the same and like i said i know its not using all the bandwith, a friend with the same free account in megaupload is downloading at 64-65 and sometimes i do too but if i stop the download and restarted it i goes down to 58-57.
i´ve noticed that the rpoblem is just with megaupload but is very weird because just two days ago i was downloading a higher speed i wonder if it has anything to do with me changing internet provider because right know i´m downloading a hotfile link and it is at 65-70 but when i try a megaupload one its at 55-58 Last edited by leonardotorres; 11.03.2010 at 15:55.
