Default Sticky IP Asus WL-520 DD-WRT v24-sp2

Hello,

I have been trying to get the reconnect to work but my dynamic IP must be sticky. I followed the tutorial and determined that changing the MAC does work using the CLONE MAC on DD-WRT. I'm trying to figure out how to make this automatic. Surely there must be a way of scripting this?

I am not familiar with scripting, so any help would be awesome!

Tks

If your IP address is sticky, don't waste your time searching/asking for a solution. It's not worth the effort.

There are example scripts for cloning external programs to change the MAC. You have to use an external web search engine (our internal engine has problems with short words).

Try searching or (site:jdownloader.org change MAC IP)

On the other hand, remi is partly correct. It is best to download from multiple hosts, rather than to do a lot of reconnection. Check out General Discussion -> Self Help Index -> Finding Files, Links, and Mirrors.
