Too many links and not enough java memory provided.
In your JDownloader folder you will find a .vmoptions File
open with notepad(texteditor)
remove any -Xmx and -Xms lines
and add -Xmx1g or -Xmx2g (depending on your system memory)

I searched the folder for .vmoptions files and found 2 files: "JDownloader2.vmoptions" and "JDownloader2Update.vmoptions"
I did the you mentioned chages...

Old "JDownloader2.vmoptions" and old "JDownloader2Update.vmoptions"
-Xms64m
-Dsun.java2d.d3d=false

New "JDownloader2.vmoptions" and new "JDownloader2Update.vmoptions"
-Xmx2g
-Dsun.java2d.d3d=false

For some reason both files had the same content.

Nothing changed still about 80-90 % CPU usage and unresponsive. after few mins I still get infinite amount of errors

Sorry, my PC broke and the repair guy was on holiday... and I couldnt login via any other device cause I forgot the my jdownloader Forum and email password...

I wanted to thank you for the help and confirm that it worked.

PS:

linkcollector files together about 4 Mb (backup not included)
downloadList files together about 1 GB (backup not included)
over 600 files in cfg folder
